It's Wedding Season!

Wedding Do's and Do Not's

With Wedding Season already upon us, it is time to go over the Do's and Do Not's of being a Wedding Guest, a Wedding Guest of a Guest, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honor, and any and every other role there is in attending a wedding.

Do: Make a champagne toast celebrating how happy the bride and groom will be.
Do Not: Drink so much champagne that you forget to make a toast and in the end, you are the only one that is happy.

Do: Choose a beautiful dress (there's plenty at Worlds Apart) to feel and look gorgeous on the big day.
Do Not: Wear cream, white, ivory, off-white, kind-of-white, could-be-mistaken-as-white white, pale grey, pebble, etc.

Do: Bring an appropriate present off the couple's registry.
Do Not: Not bring a gift with the intention of sending one later (you will never send it later).

Do: Enjoy the food and drink at the reception.
Do Not: Enjoy the drink too much at the reception.

Do: Wear the bridesmaid dress that the bride picks for you.
Do Not: When the bride tells you that you will wear the bridesmaid dress again and again, do not tell her that you probably won't.

Do: Try to catch the bouquet.
Do Not: Physically attack someone while trying to catch the bouquet.

Do: Have fun at any and all Weddings you are attending this year!
Do Not: Take these Do's and Do Not's too seriously!
